KEYNOTES & TALKS · AI, LEADERSHIP, COLLABORATION

Keynotes and talks your team will still be talking about months later.

We give interactive keynotes on AI, leadership and collaboration. Mostly remote, on-site if you prefer, in English or German. For leaders, teams and whole organizations.

Your audience takes part from the very first minute.

A good keynote
is a conversation.

We’ve spent many years on stages and digital platforms, at large industry events as well as internal staff meetings. Our approach stays the same: we go deep on the subject and get your audience involved from the first minute, for example with live polls or a small experiment. People remember more of that than of a slide deck.

What we enjoy most is when someone gets in touch months or years later to tell us about an idea they took away from one of our talks.

Often the keynote kicks off a new strategy or opens a training program. Sometimes it’s simply the highlight of a team event.

Past stages include CeBIT, Bitkom Akademie, Evangelische Bank and many internal kick-offs.

OUR KEYNOTES · FOUR SET FORMATS

Our keynotes at a glance

Each keynote runs about 60 minutes, is built around interaction and can be paired with a follow-up workshop.

LEADERSHIP · LIVE EXPERIMENT

Future-ready leadership: what good leaders will need to master

A change of perspective that moves between self-reflection, work on the system and the conditions that make teams effective.

Away from abstract leadership models and toward working on the system, not just in it. In a live experiment, your audience sees how directly their own leadership behavior shapes a team’s results.

AI · LEADERSHIP · CO-CREATION

More empathic leadership with AI as your sparring partner

Generative AI as a sparring partner for psychologically safe leadership.

AI as a coach for everyday leadership: together with the audience, we prepare a difficult one-on-one live and write feedback that is clear and still appreciative.

AI · COLLABORATION · WORKSLOP

The workslop trap: between promised efficiency and information overload

How teams use AI wisely instead of drowning in empty output.

AI is supposed to take work off your plate. Often it creates more: texts that look good and say little, and colleagues who have to check them line by line. The keynote shows what that costs and how teams take back ownership of the content.

AGILE WORKING · SCRUM

Rethinking collaboration: getting started with Scrum that works

How teams deliver results faster and more reliably while everything around them changes.

When requirements keep shifting, a classic project plan no longer holds. Using examples from business, we show how short cycles, clear roles and regular check-ins get teams out of project chaos.

CUSTOM KEYNOTES

Your topic, your stage

Besides the four set formats, we develop keynotes tailored to your challenge, your time frame and the goal of your event. These are the core areas we cover:

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

From strategic context to everyday use at work.

LEADERSHIP

Leading when teams work remotely and technology sets the pace.

COMMUNICATION

Communicating clearly and creating psychological safety, especially in cross-functional teams.

AGILE WORKING

Methods and mindset that make organizations more adaptable.

KEYNOTE + WORKSHOP

From inspiration to action

A keynote sparks curiosity and opens new perspectives. To make the ideas stick in daily work, you can combine any keynote with our workshops and training, whether it’s a set format or a custom one.

COMBINED PACKAGES

Keynote and workshop from one source

We help you choose the format, length and combinations that make sense for your event. A short conversation is usually enough to find the right setup.

WHO'S ON STAGE

Speakers who bring real practice

We combine computer science, psychology and many years of hands-on work with teams and organizations. That’s why our stories on stage come from real projects.

Alex Keller
Alexander Keller

ARCHITECT OF SYSTEMS & MINDS

Alex brings together computer science and psychology. A former software developer and now a coach, he talks about leadership and AI in a way that tech enthusiasts and skeptics can both follow. What interests him most is what people need to do a really good job.

Nadine Koehler
Nadine Koehler

CATALYST FOR EXECUTION

Nadine brings the view from day-to-day operations and project management. She knows where good intentions from a keynote fall apart in daily business, and she makes sure ideas turn into concrete next steps.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Questions about keynotes and talks

How much does a keynote from HumansMatter cost?

The price depends on format, length and scope, for example whether the keynote is remote or on-site and whether a workshop follows. Send us the key details of your event and we’ll come back with a concrete quote.

Are the keynotes held online or on-site?

Our keynotes are designed mainly as an interactive remote experience, with live polls, chat prompts and digital whiteboards. That works especially well for teams spread across locations. On-site keynotes at your venue are also available on request.

How long does a keynote take?

The set formats run 60 minutes, including time for questions and discussion. The session “More empathic leadership with AI as your sparring partner” is also available as a 90-minute version with breakout rooms. Custom keynotes are planned around your time frame.

How many participants is a keynote suitable for?

The formats scale easily, from a small leadership circle to a kick-off with several hundred participants. We adjust the interaction to the size of the group.

Can the keynotes be held in German as well?

Yes. We give every keynote in English or German, whichever suits your audience.

What's the difference between a keynote and a short talk?

The terms overlap a lot. A keynote is usually the main talk of an event and sets its theme. A short talk is often briefer and gives people something to think about for the discussion or work that follows. Our formats work in both roles.

Can a keynote be combined with a workshop?

Yes, and we often recommend it. The keynote works as the kick-off, then selected teams go deeper in one of our workshops and training programs, either right afterwards or as a modular series.

Can you develop a keynote on my own topic?

Yes. Besides the four set formats, we develop custom keynotes on artificial intelligence, leadership, communication and agile working, tailored to your challenge, your time frame and your goal.
