What makes good leadership
in everyday work?
Leadership is seen as one of the most important skills for the future. Yet despite countless models, one question often stays open in practice: what does good leadership actually look like in the middle of a project, on a stressful day, while everything keeps changing?
In a working world of constant availability, fast technological change and a high pace, purely technical skills move into the background. Future-ready leadership needs human qualities above all, such as empathy and the ability to reflect on how you act.
In 60 minutes, the keynote turns attention to the conditions people work in and to the effect of their own actions. Away from theory and toward a change of perspective your audience experiences for themselves.
WHAT THE KEYNOTE COVERS
What your team takes away
The focus is on self-reflection, the often invisible consequences of your own actions and deliberately shaping the systems teams work in.
JEDERSHIP as a way of thinking that looks at leadership on three levels: your personal attitude (INSIDE), your effect on others (OUT) and the often neglected work of shaping the environment (IN).
Why it isn't enough to simply lead, and why teams only become truly effective once someone works deliberately on the system.
An entertaining, critical look at bosses from film and TV, and what they reveal about our often distorted picture of leadership.
Every kind of leadership has a direct effect on a team's results, including poorly prepared leadership. Often not the effect anyone intended.
AN INTERACTIVE LIVE EXPERIMENT
Experience leadership instead of explaining it
At the heart of the keynote is a live experiment. What do a meadow full of flowers and butterflies have to do with modern leadership? We won’t give more away in advance. Only this much: your audience will be surprised how directly and measurably their own leadership behavior shapes the group’s results.

Current and future leaders, project leads, transformation teams and anyone who is responsible for how people work together.
FORMAT
Mainly remote. Ideal for distributed leadership teams.

OUR MISSION
So people can do a really good job
With leadership and modern ways of working, we create the conditions in which people can do what they actually want to do: good work. We help teams deliver strong results reliably, without sinking into stress and chaos while things change. And people should still enjoy their work along the way.

A way of thinking that looks at leadership on three levels: your personal attitude (Inside), your effect on others (Out) and shaping the environment a team works in (In). The third level is the one most often overlooked in daily work.
We don’t reveal that in advance, or it won’t work. Only this much: it involves a meadow of flowers and butterflies, everyone takes part, and at the end everyone sees how strongly their own leadership behavior shapes the group’s result.
