Through live polls and real-time prompting, the audience decides how a typical leadership scenario is handled. A conversation guide takes shape in front of everyone. In the 90-minute version, participants then practice on their own cases in breakout rooms.
In the session we work with realistic but anonymized scenarios. We also show which information doesn’t belong in an AI tool and how to phrase cases so that no one can be identified.
