INHOUSE TRAINING · PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT WITH SCRUM

Product development in the AI era: Scrum creates clarity, focus, and real collaboration.

When technology reshapes markets and workplaces at breakneck speed, teams need a solid foundation of agile values, transparency, and self-organization. We bring the Scrum framework to life through interactive, hands-on training: the basis for future-ready teams and the ideal preparation for PSM I certification.

AI speeds up execution. Agile work keeps the focus right and the human side of teamwork intact.

2 Days
Intensive hands-on training that embeds an agile mindset and Scrum skills for the long term.
Hands-On
No dry slide presentations. Through agile games and real role-play exercises in the (virtual) room, your team understands Scrum instead of just memorizing it.
PSM I Ready
The perfect content foundation for the official Scrum Master certification (Scrum.org).

It's about doing the right thing at the right time.
It's about inspect and adapt and continuous improvement.

In a working world that’s changing rapidly through new technology, rigid project management often becomes an obstacle. Plans go stale, requirements shift, and teams end up under pressure. Scrum offers a simple, proven way to stay flexible without losing sight of the goal.

But working in an agile way isn’t a matter of introducing new rules. It means truly understanding the roles, meetings, and artifacts at their core, and bringing them to life in day-to-day work.

In this in-house training, we meet your team exactly where it stands. We show you how Scrum builds transparency, strengthens self-organization, and delivers results that create real value, sprint after sprint.

THE CHALLENGE

The hurdles teams face amid change and the age of AI

Overload from Constant Plan Changes

Rigid project plans no longer hold up against fast market or technology shifts. You end up reacting in stressed-out firefighting mode instead of acting with structure.

Unclear Roles & Responsibilities

Critical feedback often goes unspoken out of fear of conflict or a bad mood on the team. Frustration quietly builds up in the background.

Hesitation Around “Agile”

Agility is often mistaken for pure chaos or endless, unstructured meetings. What’s missing is a basic understanding of the actual Scrum flow.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Understanding change as an opportunity, and seizing it

BEFORE

Current State

AFTER

Optimized State
Requirements and technologies change weekly. Classic plans are outdated before the ink dries, and you’re stuck working in constant, stressed-out firefighting mode.
Iterative focus: Sprints help you stay flexible and keep from getting scattered, no matter how fast things change.
Unclear responsibilities: It’s unclear who handles prioritization and who has the team’s back.
Clear role distribution: Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developers know exactly who carries which responsibility.
Slow, unproductive meetings: discussions drag on without producing concrete results or clarity.
Structured Scrum flow: Every event, from Planning to Retrospective, has a clear goal and saves you time in the end.
10x faster, and missing the customer entirely: AI makes it possible to generate code, content, and features in record time. The risk is that you build solutions at top speed that no customer actually needs or uses.
Maximum focus on real value: Through regular feedback, for example in the Sprint Review, agile methods act as a quality filter, making sure AI speed translates into real customer benefit.
New AI tools tempt everyone to try and kick off countless things in parallel. The team gets scattered. Everything’s in motion, but nothing actually gets finished.
Crystal-clear priorities: Following the principle “stop starting, start finishing,” you set firm limits in the backlog. You bring tasks to completion with focus, instead of drowning in parallel projects.
While AI finishes tasks in seconds, the team’s flow stalls because everyone is waiting on instructions and decisions from above.
Self-organization in practice: Clear roles (PO, Scrum Master, Developer) and agile values create ownership and fast decisions right where the team is.

Alex Keller

Alexander Keller

Agile Coach & Trainer

I’m Alex (Alexander Keller), based in Berlin, a coach who has spent over 15 years at home in agile environments and leadership development. Whether as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a leadership role myself, I’ve experienced the typical project hurdles, growth bottlenecks, and real team breakthroughs live, across dozens of industries.

Agility isn’t a rigid rulebook to memorize. It’s the foundation for successful human collaboration. Especially today, as AI and new tools accelerate the pace of work, I help your team keep its focus, understand lateral leadership, and build real accountability in everyday work.

In my in-house workshops, I share what I’ve learned openly with you: no dry slide-reading, guaranteed, but real case studies from practice and the odd anecdote that’s sure to make you smile, and think.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Questions About the Scrum Workshop

Is Scrum still relevant in the AI era?

AI takes over a lot of routine execution work and speeds up processes dramatically. That makes the environment change even faster. Scrum gives you the ideal framework to keep an overview in this dynamic, respond flexibly to new requirements, and stay self-organized and focused as a human team.

Do you also offer this training as an open seminar for individuals?

No, we only offer our training as private in-house workshops for intact teams. That’s the only way we can speak directly to your real processes, challenges, and company culture.

Does the training make more sense remote or on-site at the company?

Both work extremely well. On-site at your office, the shared in-person experience naturally strengthens team dynamics enormously. Our remote format holds up just as well: we use state-of-the-art interactive whiteboards and tools to keep everyone actively involved. You decide which format fits your day-to-day work better.

Is the certification exam included in the price?

The training content is ideal preparation for the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) exam. The exam itself is taken independently online at Scrum.org (the fee of around 150 USD is not included in the training price, since not every team member necessarily needs a certificate).
