1 Day

Compact, intensive training that lays the foundation for future-ready, agile collaboration.

Practical
Interactive agile games and real-world examples.
Actionable
Focused on the agile mindset, values, and simple methods that work immediately.

It's about a mindset that makes change something you can shape.

Why do we actually need agility? In a world that new technology and AI are making faster and more unpredictable by the day, rigid five-year plans and classic waterfall projects are hitting their limits. But being agile doesn’t mean holding a short daily meeting, sticking colorful notes on a wall, or blindly copying some complex rulebook.

Agility is, first and foremost, a mindset: the ability to think in short steps, learn quickly from feedback, keep the focus firmly on real customer value, and act with ownership as a team. In this in-house training, we demystify agile buzzwords. We show you which methods, like Kanban, iterative work, or visual task management, actually lighten your daily load, and how you can start using them tomorrow without turning everything upside down.

THE CHALLENGE

Classic structures and processes hold you back in fast-moving times

The AI Acceleration

Technology and market needs change so fast that long-term project plans are outdated before they’re even printed. You end up reacting to change under stress instead of acting proactively.

Losing Focus Through Multitasking

Too many projects and tasks run in parallel. Everything is urgent, everyone is working on five things at once, and nothing actually gets finished quickly, cleanly, or reliably.

Hesitation & Buzzword Fatigue

In the office, “agile” is often mistaken for chaotic work with no plan, or equated with endless new meetings. What’s missing is a basic understanding of its real value.
THE TRANSFORMATION

From Rigid Plan Stress to Agile Focus

AI accelerates output, agile work keeps the direction right. Here’s how collaboration in your team fundamentally changes:

BEFORE

Current State

AFTER

Optimized State
Blown deadlines & plan chaos: Long-term plans fail against unforeseen changes. Deadlines slip and you’re stuck in permanent firefighting mode.

Iterative work in stages: You break big goals down into manageable steps (iterations), respond flexibly to change, and stay reliably on course, without the stress.

Multitasking & WIP: New tools and ideas mean everything gets started at once. The team loses focus, and nothing actually gets finished.

Crystal-clear focus: Following the principle “stop starting, start finishing,” you set firm limits on parallel work (WIP limits) and bring tasks to a clean, fast finish.

10x faster, and missing the customer entirely: AI makes it possible to build solutions in record time. The risk is that you build past the market, creating things nobody actually needs.

Maximum focus on real value: Short feedback loops continuously confirm that, even at AI speed, you’re building exactly the solutions that deliver real customer benefit.

Waiting on instructions: Waiting for decisions from above and rigid department silos slow processes down and drain the team’s momentum.

Ownership in practice: A shared agile mindset builds trust, fast in-person coordination at the office, and real teamwork on equal footing.

I’m Alex (Alexander Keller), based in Berlin, a coach who has spent over 15 years at home in agile environments and leadership development. Whether as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a leadership role myself, I’ve experienced the typical project hurdles, growth bottlenecks, and real team breakthroughs live, across dozens of industries.

Agility isn’t a rigid rulebook to memorize. It’s the foundation for successful human collaboration. Especially today, as AI and new tools accelerate the pace of work, I help your team keep its focus, understand lateral leadership, and build real accountability in everyday work.

In my in-house workshops, I share what I’ve learned openly with you, with real case studies from practice and the odd anecdote that’s sure to make you smile, and think.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Questions About the Agile Basics Workshop

What's the difference between “Agile Basics” and the “Scrum Training”?

The Scrum training goes deep into one fixed, specific framework (with defined roles like Product Owner or Scrum Master) and prepares you for the PSM I certification.

Our Agile Basics workshop, by contrast, covers the broader foundation: the agile mindset and a wide overview of different agile approaches (such as Kanban, iterative work, or visual task management). It’s the perfect, easy-to-follow starting point for a team going agile without committing to one specific framework.

Why is Agile Basics training so important right now, in the age of AI?
AI takes over a lot of execution work and speeds up processes dramatically. But without agile steering, AI just lets you build the completely wrong things ten times faster. The agile mindset gives you the flexibility, customer focus, and short feedback loops you need to set the right priorities in a fast-moving world.
Do you also offer this agile training as an open seminar for individuals?
No, we only offer our training as private in-house workshops for intact teams and organizations. Agile work only shows its real power in shared, everyday practice. That’s why we work directly with your team, on-site at your office or remote.
Do we need any prior knowledge or special tools for this workshop?
No, none at all. The workshop meets every team member at the same level, whether you’ve never worked in an agile way before or you’re simply looking for a shared language and a fresh impulse for how you collaborate. No special software is needed.
How does the inquiry and booking process work?
