The Architect of Systems & Minds
Alex has been living at the intersection of code and character since his teenage years. Long before AI was a buzzword, he was competing in Jugend forscht, developing artificial life and pattern recognition models. But he realized early on that a machine is only as good as the intent behind it.
With a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Psychology, Alex built a career spanning the entire lifecycle of innovation: from software developer in agile startups to Scrum Master and Agile Coach in global corporations.
Today, as a leadership coach and trainer, he uses that dual lens to help leaders navigate change. He doesn’t just see the code, he sees the humans who use it and the leaders who must guide them through the transition.
Nadine is the engine that turns potential into performance. Her journey through marketing, product ownership, and agile project management taught her one thing: if a process is slow or error-prone, it’s a waste of human life.
