How are HumansMatter workshops delivered?

Each workshop is a private, in-house corporate event for roughly 5 to 17 participants. You can choose an immersive two-day on-site format or a series of shorter remote sessions spread across five days.

Which workshop is right for my organisation?

Choose AI Literacy if you want teams to confidently use AI in their daily work. Choose AI Leadership if you want managers to lead people well through AI-driven change. Many organisations run both. Leaders set the direction while teams build the practical skills.

What does a workshop cost?

Every organisation is different, so we provide a custom quote after a short conversation. The AI Literacy programme alone targets 5 to 10 hours saved per employee per week, which typically delivers a clear and rapid return.

Can you run a custom or combined workshop?

Yes. Beyond our two core programmes we design tailored sessions for a specific department, a blend of literacy and leadership, or a challenge unique to your business.

What language are the workshops in?

Every workshop runs in either English or German, based on your organisation’s preference.

How much preparation is required from participants?

Very little. For AI Literacy, participants bring a laptop and a few repetitive tasks they want to streamline. For AI Leadership, they come with an open mindset and current team friction points. We handle the rest.

Is there support after the workshop?

Yes. We offer optional follow-up coaching and peer-sparring structures so new skills and behaviours stick as long-term habits.
